At Ghaimi, we take great care in ensuring your order is prepared, packed, and delivered with precision. Our pieces are crafted with intention and often made-to-order, so we ask for your patience as we uphold the highest standards of quality and service.

Order Processing

For ready-made pieces, please allow 24 hours for your order to be packed and processed before it is shipped. Our business operates Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as it will have already entered our preparation workflow.

UK Delivery

We use Royal Mail or DHL for all UK orders. Please select your preferred delivery method at checkout.

  • All delivery options include tracking details

  • Delivery timeframes vary based on your chosen courier and may be affected during peak seasonal periods

Europe Delivery

We offer two delivery methods within the EU:

1. EU Customs & Tax-Free Shipping

  • Delivered within 5–10 working days after dispatch

  • Includes tracking and requires a signature on delivery

  • No additional customs or tax charges on arrival

2. DHL Express Shipping

  • Delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch

  • Includes tracking and requires a signature

  • Local customs and tax fees apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer

US / Canada / Rest of the World Delivery

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.

  • Delivery estimated at 3–4 working days after dispatch

  • Includes tracking and requires a signature upon delivery

  • Import taxes and duties are not included and may apply at customs

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their orders and ensuring successful delivery

Please note: If delivery is missed more than twice, additional shipping fees may be charged to reattempt delivery.

Made-to-Order & Production Timeline

Some Ghaimi pieces are made to order and may require additional production time.

  • Standard production time: 3–4weeks

  • Peak seasons (e.g., Ramadan, Eid): up to 5–6 weeks

  • Once production is complete, you will receive a dispatch email with tracking information

 

International Taxes & Duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Ghaimi is not liable for any delays due to customs clearance.
If you fail to comply with customs and the parcel is returned to us, you will be responsible for return shipping fees and re-delivery costs.

 

Pre-Order & Sale Periods

During high-traffic periods such as product launches, Ramadan, Eid, or promotional sales, please allow up to 5–7 working days for order processing (not including delivery transit time). The shipping method selected at checkout becomes effective once your item has shipped.
